Story

More or less a straightforward remix of tristesse (now with correct chords?). I think it's my fourth or fifth attempt at covering it. Perhaps my favorite sid, despite it's shortness.

Love it. Funky as the original, all the effects added are spot on. One of my fav sids, and now one of my fav RKOs.
Great rendition. But what this remix makes clear to me is that this tune is in despearate need of a remix with a singing duet...
Pro job. I would like to hear it however with a softer and smoother more expressive lead. This rings near the edges of perfection, It could've been one of the best.
As usual - Mordi = The sign of quality.
Wrong chords from your 2008 version have been fixed. Good work! This tune is just as good as moog's outstanding version. Added to my collection.
That is an excellent remix of one my oldies :)... Quite like the intro of it :)... Very well done - I am so flattered that you remix so many of my sids :)
Best version by far IMPO, love the emotion in the main lead! Great work as usual!
Bravo!
Perfect, just perfect, mate.
Kult!
Great! Well done!
Right on the money! You've managed to capture every detail in the tune this time! This is it, great expression in the lead, nice JL-drums, laid-back arps. What more than a fist full of gold.
Fantastic version of this classic drax sid
Thanxxx!
The famous Mordifier plug-in made justice again :) Awesome work. Although I couldn't listen to it through my reference speakers yet, I can hear some extra pleasant warmth compared to your previous tracks even through these little multimedia speakers.
Simply outstanding as usual. I love your remixes!
One just doesn't walk past Mordi's music XD. Great as always.
Sweet!
Awesome, good work!
This tune has been remixed to death... Sorry
D'ont understand schallmaeur, it is only the fourth remix, Wanna compare with Giana sisters? Well, great work, pure music.
Great. Just great.
Love it!
If you stand behind a schallmauer, you only hear the BOUM and then nothing more... ;-) - I had fun with this although its not exactly my taste. But technically, beyond limits!
Too minimal and sharp for my taste.
This one just pips Moog's version as my favourite. Well done!
:) :) :) Sounds amazing! Up to date, pro sound still reminds me of the original era.
Aah, nice composition and melody!
Awesome...
What else can I say.. All above said is true. Except schallmauer's shout.
The sound in this the way it just mixes together, and the harmony just made this the best song of 2015!!
Not bad but not exceptional.
Absolutely wonderful remix. The chorus bits invoke true frisson.
Still a great classic

This one is difficult to jugde…

Technically, this is top notch. In interpretation, use of instrumentation, executing them the right way and mixing them together. Even the clear and transparent production adds up to it.

Personally, for my taste it is too much stuffed with this wahwahish flanging lead synth. A little bit less of it here and there would have added greatly to the atmosphere of the song.

Although the music isnt really my side of town, i admit that to judge this song fairly i have to put back my personal taste and rely on the overall outstanding technichal part instead. And for that alone, you get the top notch.

I hereby confess i listened to a bunch of Mordi RMXes now and if there is a clearer contestant to ROTY i havent found him yet… 😉

When a song keeps playing over and over on my system, and I don't know I have listened to the same thing for 2 hours and that I continually to get goose bumps at the same place each time is the sign of a song that has been put together really REALLY well! You Originally this song was one of the ones I played on SID a lot - but now I am just going to be playing this even more! Great work!!
