Story

This song was made quite some time ago, and I had some break. But recently I picked up making music again, so I finished this song. Previously it had totally different drums, which were "for-to-the-floor", as I was told, ie. dance drums. That gave it some commercial edge, so I replaced it with the current drum rhythm.

About the "Phaser":
I guess you mean the acid-type sound that appears later in the song.
This is actually not a phaser, but a distortion filter on a sawtooth, controlled by a global LFO. This adds a nice random effect: every time it plays, the drive curve sounds different because the LFO frequency does not match the song speed.

Awesome oldschool - keeps the feeling of the original well.
Very interesting approach. Interesting use of effects as well (e. G. Phaser) and not badly mixed either.
Ok mix... Has a nice oldschool feel to the synthsouds, but I find the drums weak, and that drags it down for me.
The beginning is actually quite good and one just wants to listen more, but the rest of the tune is very disapointing and cannot match most other GB remixes.
Very good and enjoyable arrangement!
Sounds MODdish. Mixing could make better use of the stereo space. The instruments just don't do it for me. Arrangement is okay.
I cant hate this tune no matter who does it, its a nice simple sid type approach and doesnt annoy. Funny to hear that 80's double clap sample appearing again xD
Nicely different approach!
Nice approach, just wish it had a bit more in the mixing department.
