I have a soft spot for Outrun remixes somehow, so I like this one, too. The problem about it is just that there's too little happening for an almost-6-minutes tune. And the arrangement feels a little uninspired here and there. Could've been Very Good.
Sounds like its directly ripped from a early 90s game, and quite boring really, it needs cooler samples, especially those horrible drums :P
Very bad sounds selection.... Poor quality remix.
Done many many times before better, this one needed better instruments and far more inspiration it reminds me of the real arcade soundtrack which was done in what?1860?
Weak sounds, so-so arrangement, no energy, no emotions, nothing but mechanical muzak.
Nothing really special here for my taste!

The snare got on my nerves... With a little work you can do much better, you need more power and of course better instruments...
