Story

The Last Wader
Once again, I was playing around with my new C64 Ultimate and checking old disks when I came across a disk with the Assembly 96 Music Compo on it.
It was the same disk where I found Selfmade Executable, which I remixed last month. The Last Wader was an instant love when I heard that great intro.

I wanted the intro to be as close to the original as possible, so I used a SID lead for the melody to keep the right feeling.

After the intro, I wanted the track to have more energy, and I’ve been inspired by the band Pendulum lately, so my aim was to create a remix in a drum & bass style blended with distorted guitars.

I sent my progress to Rock and asked if he wanted to collaborate and add guitars to the remix, and this is the result.
