Turrican 2 Title (Highway to Heaven mix) [Encore500 V2] - arranged by ZionaReview by LaLa, 28/03/2026 Honestly, there are very few Turrican 2 remixes I've heard before that are better than this one, and one of those was made by Chris Hülsbeck himself for his own CD album. I could probably nitpick my way through this remix to find tiny little faults in it, but frankly, who cares. It's a great remix and the love of the original shines through this one like a beacon. Great remix! |

Giana Sisters Medley feat. Romeo Knight (Encore500 V2) - arranged by Peter Clarke, Jogeir Liljedahl & Barry LeitchReview by LaLa, 20/03/2026 I don't know if we ever had a posthumous release of a remix either on AmigaRemix or RKO, so Pete may have just won that category, too. Although I wish he didn't… The first two minutes are so unmistakably Pete: the intricate layers of plucked instruments with some slow string as pads. That's definitely his signature. The slow and elegiac parts that follow are just incredibly mournful, asking the listener to stop and reflect. The closing minutes are pure bliss, with a more positive message, asking us to be thankful for what we've been able to enjoy during our short time together here on Earth. Life is too short to waste… What a fitting closure this track is to the entire album! Incredibly thoughtful and very well executed. My sincere thanks to the entire Encore team! |

And so it was. Not just because its high quality production, not just because of the superb arrangement, but because of its humanity. It touched me, it moved me, and it still does every time I listen to it. Thank you, Jogeir! |

Battle Squadron - HiScore (Encore500) - arranged by TomskReview by LaLa, 19/01/2024 A uniquely elegiac remix that is becoming Tomsk's signature style. Absolutely wonderful and so full of emotions! The instrumentation is a skillful combination of violins, strings, guitars, and drums (and probably a bunch of other instruments, too), and the overall arrangement has a wonderful arc to it. So well done, I really enjoy it! |

Rallye Master (Encore500) - arranged by Romeo KnightReview by LaLa, 15/01/2024 Personally, I think the original Rallye Master Obarski tune is a bit uninspiring (ducks hail of rotten tomatoes thrown his way…), but Romeo Knight makes the most out of the material with a genius idea: make it into a Depeche Mode pastiche! It's spot on! Really well done, the early 80s style is instantly recognizable. |

He is in full force here commanding a spectrum of instrumentation that several Hollywood music producers would be envious of. Just majestic! |

Endtheme (Encore500) - arranged by Jogeir LiljedahlReview by LaLa, 14/10/2023 I fell in love with his version right away and I can't stop listening to it - Jogeir extended the short original into a beautiful five and a half minute long chill piece, and I'm so glad it also features that wonderful melody line of the original prominently. Sorry, all other talented remixers, but we have a winner - this is my absolute favorite from the Encore500 album, bar none. |

Guitar Slinger Plus - arranged by Peter ClarkeReview by LaLa, 18/05/2020 A wonderful acoustic-style remix of a classic tune. There are some sections of it that lean towards country/bluegrass style (e. g. @ 2:04) - I wish that style was explored further. But it sounds amazing as is, no complaints whatsoever! =) And the second, downtempo part of the piece is just be-a-utiful! |
