Not my cup of tea, sorry. Poor instrument choices makes it quite unpleasant to listen to. The piano is the only thing I like in this mix.

Theres some great idea's in here unfortunately its way too heavily processed and everything gets sucked down hard into the bass end of the mix, if this is a 1st attempt though its a good start and I hope you keep on producing and sharing your labours :-)
