Hmm… and one more Last Ninja remix… the flair of the original is gone. It's quite a loveless remix, with lots of repeatations and much lack of inspiration, because it gets boring. Maybe my taste tends in an other direction compared to all the other voters, I think this remix can everyone pass by.

Sometimes after I'm done listening to a remix I get the feeling that the remix
was done just for the sake of doing a remix. That's precisely the case here. I
don't see the rhyme or reason this remix was made for, I don't find a coherent
message in there, nor any purpose. It's just -is-. The instruments don't show
much cohesion, though the bassline is quite good. All in all, this feels like
l'art pour l'art and I'm not a big fan of that.

I think Cytex's got the right way - his tune's improved some boring sequences from Ben's original (fab)track! (no doubt about it!!)
Its fine with the rhythm and to all critics: Is there any need of other instru's?

In my opinion, one of the better Last Ninja remixes so far. I don't like the sounds in the original tune, but this cover, if I may call it that, has the great melody of the original and a very good sound that makes the tune enjoyable.
I hope to see more of Cytex's work in the future.

For Last Ninja 1, Last Ninja Wilderness in-game is the most popular, having almost as many remixes as the rest of the tunes combined. In that heavy competition, Cytex remix of Last Ninja is the most authentic while still being a darn good remix. If there was ever a remaster album of Last Ninja where only one remix per tune is picked, this is a good nominee for the 4th track, and that is a honor.
