Upgrade your Miranda ICQ protocol!

If you're a user of Miranda and you've been having trouble getting messages through to your ICQ pals, or you think everyone hates you because they've not been speaking to you, then chances are you haven't upgraded your ICQ protocol plug-in yet! The Miranda development team spotted a problem with the Oscar protocol and have subsequently provided a new plugin for you to download.
