RKO gets facelift
Once again Jan Lund Thomsen delivers a pleasant surprise to the remix community as he teams up with web guru John Mirland to give Remix.Kwed.Org a cosmetic update. While keeping true to the old design the new site moves a couple of details out of the way (hover mousepointer over a remix title to view them) and delivers a much smoother user experience in return. Extra bonus items have been added, such as front-page mention of recent donations (RKOs way of thanking site supporters). Also, remixers looking for the next undiscovered SID to give a makeover should find inspiration from the "5 Random SIDs" box.
In addition to the new design, everything has been rewritten to ensure XHTML1.0 compliance. Jan also mentioned that he's tweaked a few knobs at the back-end level to make adminstration tasks easier.
