Pocket C64 ver 2

Pocket C64, a commercial emulator for mobile devices has recently hit version 2: apart from many improvements, the biggest change is that it's now sanctioned by Ironstone Partners and Tulip.

For the sake of balance, let me point out that there's also a version of the free C64 emulator "Frodo" for mobile devices.
