Since you are a newcomer (me too by the way😉) It would be nice to give you a more in depth review. For a first remix this is quite good 😊 I really like the bass guitar. The mix is alright. It's very close to the original which is both good and not so good (nostalgia factor is high though) Some constructive criticism: - It's a bit bleak not so much happening. - Also a bit repetitive but I know the original is quite repetitive as well. - mixing is OK but it could be opened up a bit, i.e. more panning would be nice, also a bit of EQ'ing (particularly the low and high end) - Good mastering will make it sound better as well
- Instrument choice is a bit meh IMO too close to the original, the synths could use some layering. Same with the drums. - It could use some extra instruments (i.e. pads/strings, special fx) to make it sound bigger and more interesting. But again: this is quite a solid remix and I'm looking forward to more remixes 😊 Fat yellow smiley, close to orange. Keep it up!
