Rating Centre replaces old features

Voting, shouting, reviewing. All that has become a lot easier now, since you can do it all through the new, compact, shiny Rating Centre. It replaces the old features in the voting box and the tune info pages.

Additionally, you can easily put a tune or an arranger on the ROTY list. Select the ROTY tab and click "Set" - easy as that.
