Little help? PSP Power Up Jingle

Hi, as you may know there is a C64 emulator being developed for Sony's PSP.

Well, one of the guys behind it is looking for help converting the PSP power-up sound effect into a SID tune to play in the emulator when it starts.

Here's a WAV recording:

Even just the notes in a MIDI file would be helpful (my ear2SID plugin is notoriously bad )
