How can anybody do this and be able to sleep at night? And what about getting feedback from people saying: "Wow, awesome tune, dude!". Would feel really WRONG.

Amazing how the time flies. I just noticed that I've been listening to SlayRadio for a year now (well, it was a couple of weeks ago). A friend of mine mentioned it, I found it on Shoutcast, and haven't looked back!

I use VirtualPC and VMWare all of the time. VMWare is much better than VirtualPC, but unless you have a big honkin' machine (multiple CPUs, gigs and gigs of memory), you can kiss performance goodbye.
