Monster Time, Scimitar, Super Gem'Z Credits

Hello to all remixers!

There are three Amiga musics that apparently haven't been remixed before. Does anyone have ideas about how to remix these?

1) "Monster Time" by Jan Krolzig . https://modland.com/pub/modules/TFMX/Jan%20Krolzig/

2) "Scimitar" by Jon Pickard (Marx Marvellous) . In 7 voices ...

Re: modules to midis? and or

Technically, it won't be "a conversion", because the file formats are vastly different as they cover different features. As such, the term "conversion" is misleading.

At most you may find tools that gather events like "play note, key down" and "key up" and then transcribe those events into the ...

Re: What happened to sid2midi?

the checkbox infront of auto-detect is checked again automaticaly :/ As explained earlier in this thread, that should not happen anymore after you re-download the latest file. All older builds contain a bug where this setting is not saved (and is reset frequently since it defaults to "on").
As far ...

The "Auto-detect bpm" setting was never saved and was "on" by default.
Re-download will fix. ;)

sid2midi free

Unless I've messed it up somehow, here you should find an entirely free build of the sid2midi GUI:

Could you tell us if it will be possible to attain new licenses at all?

Currently not. Perhaps a master key or unrestricted release when I think about it. Dunno.

Or get mine back??

Sure. Just pass on your e-mail address via PM or so.

Can you maybe pass on the torch to another who might ...

Hey, everyone! It's not that terribly difficult to reach me, since my e-mail addresses do work except for the yahoo/geocities ones which no longer exist. Finding personal messages in 20000+ spam mails per month (!) -- as the record a few years ago -- makes such contact addresses useless despite all ...

Actually, Richard Joseph's code is not bad at all. It just looks like it was created with a macro assembler or developed based on elaborate paper-work. Lots of absolute indexed addresses in addition to a multitude of zero-page registers and pointers. Makes it appear less modular than it is actually.

If I could vote in percentage numbers, I'd rank it somewhere between the current "very good" and "good" levels. It would benefit from being a good bit shorter. The beginning sounds thin at times especially during the second minute. That is a showstopper. Shorter, punchier and more rich in sound ...

As to the bad rating. It seems like there was some tactical con-voting going on. I would love to get my cold iron hands on such people.....just for an hour or two.
As of the previous bunch of releases, I no longer vote until there will be a couple of reviews from all ...
