Breakdance remix...

Post by ifadeo »

Wow, great remix, it's got a Bumping Beat, Heart and Soul...

That's what i call perfect Rap/Breakdance remix, it remembers me
the early 80ties where mostly everyone in my schoolclass doing this
cool breakdance moves and listen to songs like: Mr.Roboto, Rock it!,
The Message...

This remix together with your Max Headroom remix are two of my favorite alltime remixes....

Love them....

Hey man, are you joking? :)

I made that remix in a total of 1 hour and 20 minutes (20 mins to make the music and 1 hour to mix inside it Papa Sid raps), i really consider it a joke more than a serious remix :)

Cheers.

It's nice. Very nice! I think I'll go to bed now and shake it like a white girl!

If that was too much, then I guess your imagination... hmm. I ment I'll go to bed and sleep. Anyway! DHS - great work! I like it, it's great!

"Papa Sid", well, I didn't know you had many aliases, Papa! I enjoyed it, and I agree with you DHS, good remixes don't have to take months to do! You're good at it! And the highpass filter fadeout of the drums at the end, class effect! :D

Thanx Pex! :)

The story behind it.

I was between some very complicated tracks and i needed something easy just to have some fun on it.

then the Breakdance compo popped up :) Woah, not a simple sid, a really idiot one :) What i was looking for.
The idea was to throw in very "random" and stupid samples over an hip-hop loop, and the 1st version came out.
Then Papa Sid had a listen and since he wished to join in for a rap, well, why not? :) So the final version is born.

Really, it took nothing to be done. But it only demonstrates that the said "Keep it simple" works very often :)

cheers.

Aaaah, thanks...but it's so damn short. Maybe if I ever can be arsed to make an extended version of it. Plus I don't want to bore people with too many Break Dance remixes on RKO. :?

Please, Makke! Upload it as it is! We need more easy-come-easy-go-remixes, if Jan allows it!

There're so many(too much) silly dance remixes at RKO, it will be good
to hear something different, even if it's a Breakdance tune....

so, please upload it !!!
