Yet another Desert Dream project...

Post by PsychNerD »

Since i already worked half of the part 3, and that I have now a good base for the first second part, I'm really confident that I will soon post a FULL desert dream remix...

[see last message for download link...]

And as usual, no software ! all sequenced and based on hardware synths. Unmastered, need some more polishing.

Thanks for those who commented.

And as usual you hit my stompin' heart right where it should be hit! This thing makes me dance, even though I should be in bed! Damn you! :)

The only thing I have against this is the lead sound coming in at about 01:21... Feels so off... So thin... Like it's very out of place.
I see where you are going with it, but it kind of brought the remix down slightly for me.

Love the SASH:y type stuff coming in at about 02:53! WOHO! DANCE FLOOR, HERE I COME!

05:09 is almost night, as is the music at that time index. Sounds so KLF :)

And of course, the last bit bringing it nicely into part 2!

Very nice!

It's done... since two weeks, 18 minutes of joy... I'm really looking forward to get comments on this one. SlayRadio (Ziphoid actually) got a full version that he told me he may play it on one of its show. For the momment, like everyone, I'm waiting for the charts to get back.

Maybe I could cook up a preview version showing the major parts...

Thanks for asking :)

The track is just beautiful goodness and I will play it as soon as possible, but due to travelling and other annoying stuff, I really don't know just when my next show is. I'll keep you informed anyhoo. :)
