Sweet (My Sun Shines On)

Wow what a coincidence, I just made a remix of Johannes Bjerregaard's Sweet, just like Markus and Mahoney.

Although mine is very different (and doesn't contain Eurythmic's copyrighted melody & lyrics, you naughty boys! ;-))

It's in the upload q now, so I guess we'll have two Sweet titles at the same time.

anyway, i'm fortunate to have heards your mix of sweet, and tho i have to say i have never been an advocate of your music. I have to say this absolutely rocked. I think its one of the best mixes i have heard yet!

Do you manage the rights for Mr. Bjerregaard? It's not unlikely this song could see a commercial release, perhaps as a B-side.

BTW it's my GF who plays the violin on the track! (and of course the lyrics are about her.. :P )

Actually i was just speaking about this in #remixcommodore and i mentioned it sounded very charty. charty ofcourse in a good way.

No, he owns his own work, and is a member of Koda. Reyn is more directly in touch with him (reyn at reyn.net)

You're right though: definitely commercial material.

Thanks for the info. Alright I see, I'll try contacting him if the song makes it commercially, although I didn't make it with that specific intention at all, it just turned out that way. :)
