As some of you know i like to write electronic music.. some even say im pretty good at it.. to them people i offer a free trip to the ear nose and throat hospital in st pancreas in london to get a bloody checkup cos there is seriously something wrong with your hearing!... but i digress.
Im writing or attempting to write an orchestral score for a freeware retro game... its inspired at the moment by howard shore and danny elfman.. BUT to be honest i dont understand structure and how to get "feeling" out of my instruments.. now i know that there are a fair few orchestra fiddlers out there.. so any tips.. any websites you know of that could give me a few pointers?.. as much help as possible would be damn appreciated.
ive got alot of orchestral instruments and vsti's coming out of my arse so there isnt really much of a ceiling for what i can do.. its more just getting that certian something... so ... help!.
