The demos was made using an Ensoniq ESQ-1 hybrid digital/analog synth... in fact this is a bit related to the SID chip, since this is one of the first synthesizers Bob Yannes disigned with others...

I've tried pretty many things, and have come pretty close, but not quite... I know that you jarre freaks will tell me, that I'll have to get t...

Interesting reading :) Well... My experience up to now has taught me, that making music in headphones can sound damn cool.... as long as I keep those headphones on, and keep away from listening to the result on my monitors afterwards :? ... As stated earlier in this topic, levels are the main proble...

Hi there Infamous! ... yeah well, I admit I've been quite absent for a long time  ... but I have my reasons :) On the other hand, I've amassed quite a lot of gear in the meantime, to get a more impressive toolbox to work with... especially a great deal of 80's hybrid digi/analog gear... it wil...

And after listening a bit to the new Teo and Tea tune... I'd have to say, that I'm impressed that Jean finally managed to fix up some decent dance drum tracks  ... I've not been the greatest fan of his percussion on later albums, so thumbs up for that, but when it comes to the style, he'ss vent...

Personally I'm still a great fan of Jean Michel Jarre, even though I almost exclusively listen to the first albums he made (Oxygene, Equinoxe, Rendevous and Magnetic Fields)... The long version of Waiting for Coustau is also a great one (the long dark underwater thingy... only piece of music I can f...
