Yes, HD would be nice. And no interlacing, please. Only them old tube TVs need that, so why bother!

I think 1920x1080 is full HD, you can generate smaller versions from that later.

Oh, that is supposed to be a sword on that pic, I see! :hysterical:

Hey that's really funny! I wish we had TV ads like these in Germany. Most stuff we get to see here is quite boring.

I think something's wrong with this approach, and I think it's the drums. The bassdrum and the hi-hat don't sound "electronic" enough for this "stainless", crystal-clear SID tune. And the ending is very abrupt. Unfinished? Maybe a small quiet break with the flutes from the beginn...

Radio people use compression very often, bc when you switch between the channels without changing your volume, the loudest channel will make the best first impression, most dynamic, full sound and stuff, so especially young people can be influenced to stay there. But if all stations already send the...

Your album version sounds better indeed, but I'll keep this beta version, too. I've gotten used to it over the years. ;-)

The only info that's in the ID3 is TITLE=Shadowfire. But who made this and when?

After reading this, I fetched my Instand Remedy CD from the cupboard and am listening to it in the car on my way to work now. Back then when I bought it and the stakes were still low, it was such an awesome album. Now, years later, I'm seeing it with different eyes, or rather: hearing it with differ...

I wonder where I got it from. And I wonder even more why it's not in the RKO database. It's an outstanding tune, so Marcel if you're reading this: Make it available to the public!!!

Unknown remix

Hi! Every now and then I encounter an old C64 remix file on my hard disk that lacks ID3 info and cannot be found on remix.kwed.org either. This one here is simply called "Terra (Donne).mp3", which sounds like this is a Terra Cresta remix made by Marcel Donné. But as I said, there's noth...

Can't understand why this one won the ROTY though, I like moog's Reyn TV Station even better.

After listening to this, I remembered that intro too, with the full-screen eagle that enrolls itself from the top to the bottom of the screen until it's fully visible, isn't it? Memories!!! ;-)
