well, slaine was not a cover where i put my heart & soul into...
i try to make different version, 'cause trace make also a great version
of slaine he did it in the 'mellow' way and i did it in 'rough' way...
i must admit it sounds a little bit strange...but i like such stuff !!!

the most time i try to get my remixes 'different' from other remixes
that's my mission...

..but i promise my 'Hunter's Moon' remix will serve your pleasure...
i think it's my best remix so far.... i will release it tomorrow....

thanks for feedback...

Excellent! I'm glad that you try to remix in a different style too - after all, what's the point in 5-10 similar remixes of the same song?

Keep up the good work :)

2Klang, I'm just curious what that means exactly?

That you finished it faster than other remixes?
(But it seems to me that you do not need much time at all to do a remix)

If you did not put your "heart & soul" into it, why did you do it?
Just to do a different version?

Just wondering...

Monty

Btw.: Heart & soul or not, I like it

thank you....

without heart & soul sounds to hard, i admit...
it cames out of a mood, so it has heart & soul... :P

i like my mix too, but let me explain:

well, it's easy you know it... sometimes it's hard
to take a look from the distance, if i was reming
'slaine' i got that feeling something goes wrong...
maybe it's the fact that i try to satsfied myself,
okay, it's good remix but i wish i had reach on my
own 'scale' from 1-10 (ten is the best...) the 11 ...

but i don't care... i'm sure many remixer/composer
got often such a feeling, i'm right guys...

btw. monty, cant you remember 'just like heaven' from 'the cure' ??
i found out while i was remixng hunter's moon_s#3 the orginal
sid is inspired by 'just like heaven', i think so...check it...

Okay, I think I understand. And I'm glad you finished it and finally released it, cause these are the pieces that often remain half-finished, getting more and more dusty.

Hunter's Moon: Hehe, yeah, I think you have again detected another "hidden" cover.
Ever thought about applying for a job at HVSC-Crew?

i listened a couple of times to the tune and it goes for me after 1:34 min, there is no real break with the first part but i like it from there on. the whole tune comes smooth, even the metallic-clunk parts.

i would like to see an extended version salted with a bit of jarre though it might end up to be very repetitive... interesting, hmm?

@2Klang: Though I've actually been to Oberhausen once (about 15 years ago) for a few days, I have absolutely no clue who or what "Old Daddy's" is...Sounds like a club maybe?

Hunter's Moon: Yeah, make it perfect and then: GIVE IT TO US!!! :D
