Re: Jeroen Tel - Tel Me More (Remake Album)
Hm, it seems that this project unfortunately is getting stucked. :? I also would like to back this, but I don't want to register on another platform like kickstarter. I think this project would increase its chances being successful by switching to kickstarter, because obviously kickstarter is more f...

Re: New to board
Hi Daniel and welcome on board! :) Your situation is pretty similar to mine. Except the fact that I prefer to create music digitally all the way. 8) The big question is what you are going for. Do you want to become a professional artist or is it just a hobby? If it's just a hobby and you don't have ...

Re: Matt Gray "Reformation" Kickstarter
Would be cool. But the bottom line is the music itself, and as long as it's great, which it is, I'm happy. Let's wait and see. :) Kickstarter doesn't do Paypal, it simply doesn't fit into their framework. You can buy pre-paid Mastercards in some countries, but your multi-order ID sounds good. Chris ...

Re: Matt Gray "Reformation" Kickstarter
I would have taken the 100 GBP variety, if there would have been any possibility. But other guys were faster than me. :? So I just took the offer for 35 GBP. The question is, if there's any possibility of changing the chosen back afterwards. The multiorder offer could be interesting as well. Maybe t...

Re: Matt Gray Produced Box Set
This one is still one of the best remixes ever made for The Last Ninja 2. You did a great job! I think after your "little break" of just 11 years it's time for a new one, isn't it? The kids should be old enough now so that their father can do some remixing again.

Re: A request ...
I don't see this board to be a C64 board. For me it's a Commodore board, and the Amiga was a computer by Commodore. And if I'm not completely blind, there's a title written on the upper left side of this board, which is "Commodore Remix Forum". And there's also a link to amigaremix next to...

Re: Matt Gray Produced Box Set
Sounds pretty good! I didn't expect a SID-Sound here, but I like it. It keeps the originality, and I love SID sounds.
I just have to mention that I generally would use SID sounds subdued, especially in case of a rework.

Holy shit, dude, I need one of those t-shirts!!!! That's absolutely no problem, dude! If you really need one, just let me know. For 18 Euros including shipment to England I can print anything on a shirt. 8) @Ninja Sounds: My favorite Last Ninja 2 Track is "The Basement" Ingame. Absolutely...

Re: Matt Gray Produced Box Set
@TNT: True enthusiasm :-) Of course, and quite rightly. This game is one of my favorites, not only because of the soundtrack, also the graphics are amazing for a C64 game. But the soundtrack put the game on an even higher level. I just love it. I love the whole series. So that you can see how serio...

Re: Matt Gray Produced Box Set
When the Turrican Anthology by Chris Hülsbeck was released and everybody talked about it, I clearly had one wish. My wish was and still is that Matt Gray, the composer of the greatest game soundtrack of all time, would also initiate a project like this. Yes, the soundtracks of the Turrican games are...

Re: Missing remixes
Since when is it possible to delete published remixes?
I'm just asking because the first version of the International Karate remix of Dr. Future isn't there anymore...
Is it possible to delete own remixes? Or who's responsible for that?

Re: Other remix sites...
About ten years ago there was another remix website next to http://www.ocremix.org, it was called vgmix. Here's the current link: http://www.vgremix.com But I have to note that the site is under construction since a couple of years. I think the last time the site was 100% working was about 7 or 8 ye...

Re: Techno & Elektro
Yes, I compress every single track as well and I adjust some single tracks by using an EQ, too. Especially the drums needed to be pushed up by EQ. In the master channel I use only two things, one is a maximizer and the other is a mixer EQ. That's all.

Re: Techno & Elektro
Yes, explosive stuff all the way. You haven't read this accidentally, right? Love all your tracks, TNT. Wow, this is to be taken literally. Thanks for your support, too! :) There is one track missing because it's set to private until its release in September. But you already know that ...
