To my knowledge you *cant* master in DPL2, since its not an encoding process, merely a new improved decoding algorithm.

Have never come across a plugin/app for DPL, you just have to do it manually

I didnt know about ac3-wav playback on CD, just DTS. I will try an experiment with Headac3e just now to give it a go.
